Editorial & fact-check policy
Primary sources first
We use published guidelines and announcements from government, municipalities, SMRJ and official program offices. Third-party commentary alone does not establish current conditions.
Match program, year and call
Check amounts, rates, applicants, costs, dates, cut-off times, earlier document deadlines, and contract timing. Preserve planned dates and regional conditions.
Hold unverifiable information
We aim for three articles daily. Missing evidence or conflicting official sources means publication is held back. Automated updates re-fetch official URLs and check supporting excerpts.
Keep sources and check dates
Every article provides sources and a check date. A check describes that point in time, not a guarantee against later changes. Past deadlines and stale program records are labeled.
Separate facts from suggestions
Confirmed facts and editorial preparation suggestions are distinguished. We do not guarantee eligibility, awards, payments or project outcomes.
Correct errors
Report errors or changes to info@versaroc.co.jp. We review evidence, correct or supplement the content as needed, and update the check date.
This is an independent information service. Verify final application requirements in the current official guidelines and with the administering office.
