Information collected
The form collects your name, optional company, email address, inquiry topic and message. Include only the information needed to handle your inquiry.
Purpose
We use this information to answer inquiries, send acknowledgments, manage correspondence and prevent abuse. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing.
Service providers
The site uses Sites infrastructure including Cloudflare for delivery and request records, Supabase for the mail relay, and Resend for transactional email. Inquiry content is emailed to info@versaroc.co.jp.
Storage and protection
Anti-duplication references, hashed email/IP identifiers and delivery status are normally removed after 30 days. Correspondence is managed for response and necessary record keeping. A language-switch draft is temporarily carried within the same tab and removed after loading.
Requests
Contact info@versaroc.co.jp for access, correction or deletion requests. We verify identity and respond in accordance with applicable law.
